LONDON, March 31, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Mood Entertainment, a division of Mood Media Corporation is collaborating with Argos to extend its pre-school product range across 700 stores across the UK. Mood Entertainment will provide Argos, the UK's number one toy retailer, with Fisher-Price branded CDs and DVDs for inclusion in its next catalogue, to be released on 23rd July 2011.

It is the very first time that Argos' catalogue will feature CDs and DVDs exclusively aimed at the baby and toddler market, creating an entirely new product category for the popular high street retailer.

The 'ABCs and 123s' range includes a collection of songs and video stories aimed at pre-school children to promote fun while learning. 'Animal Classics' encourages toddlers to learn about the animal kingdom through entertaining, informative songs and videos, specifically developed by experts to improve a child's early development. The range will also include three CDs of 'Rainforest Music' designed to relax and sooth babies up to the age of 18 months. These instrumental lullabies blended with sounds from nature, were developed by Mood Entertainment to encourage babies to sleep peacefully.

"This is an exciting development for Mood Entertainment and we are honoured to be working with such a high profile and well-known brand as Argos", said Lorne Abony, CEO and Chairman of Mood Media. We are committed to developing new products for our customers and we hope to increase our presence in UK-wide retailers throughout 2011."

"We are pleased to be able to give our customers more choice by providing an extended baby and pre-school range of products, that is tailored to the specific development needs of babies and toddlers of all ages," said Yannis Vaharoglou from Argos. "Offering this selection of audio and video products opens up a new door for us, and we are looking forward to seeing where this takes us."
