About Carla Dr. Carla Kinslow is a toxicologist with over nine years of environmental experience. Carla provides leadership and strategic support for Ramboll Environ’s environmental, toxicological risk assessment and oil and gas services practice. Carla specializes in risk communication, inhalation toxicology, toxicogenomics, toxicological risk assessment; ambient air monitor placement; human health impacts analysis from emission events, monitoring data, and modeling data related to ambient and indoor air quality. She also specializes in regulatory compliance for TRRP, RCRA and air permits. She has served as project manager for various oil and gas regulatory projects where she helped design and implement air monitoring networks, with subsequent assessment of human health impacts based on collected data. Carla has extensive experience in National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS), federal and state regulatory rules, individual susceptibility to disease related air pollution, epidemiology, reproductive toxicology, molecular toxicology, and over 20 years of experience in molecular biology. She has knowledge and experience in Texas Risk Reduction Program (TRRP) rules to support client assessment and remedial objectives. Finally, Carla has substantial experience in litigation support for cases involving human health impacts for various air pollutants.
