About Naomi My life began in Warrenton, Virginia, but passed through many locations worldwide before finally landing me here in the Integrative Biology department at the University of California, Berkeley. I love to read, not just pure science, but literature from many different genres and concerning a wide variety of topics. I find practically the entire world of science and its connections to other seemingly disparate disciplines fascinating. My lab currently studies seasonal rhythms in the reproduction and sociality of mammals.
