About Norman Norman MacLeod is a natural resource policy consultant and owner of Gaelic Wolf Consulting (www.gaelwolf.com). Mr. MacLeod works at the intersection between natural resource science and public policy with a range of private and public entity clients. His education as a forester was followed by 22 years in military service where his responsibilities included oversight of aircrew health, occupational health and safety, and bioenvironmental engineering units. Since retiring from the military, he has developed and operated Gaelic Wolf Consulting, with scientific integrity in public policy development as a central focus.
