About Thomas The short-and-sweet placeholder: 3rd year PhD student in management/organizational behavior after several years in several different careers (including teaching, FDA regulatory affairs, user interface design, medical software, and luxury car sales - yes, really). Particular areas of research/teaching interest: Negotiations/Mediation, Ethics in organizations, Leadership in chronic and emergent crises, Entrepreneurship (particularly social entrepreneurship), and Healthcare.
