LONDON, October 11, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Yvan Legris has been appointed as the chief executive officer UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa of the newly formed Aon Hewitt.
The deal bringing Aon and Hewitt together formally closed on Friday (1 October), creating a $4.3 billion organisation which is now the world's leading provider of human capital consulting and outsourcing services.
Yvan Legris was previously president Global Consulting for Hewitt.

Yvan Legris
Yvan Legris joined Hewitt in 1985 as an actuary in London, eventually heading up their operations in the West Indies. After leaving the firm for several years, he started and led a successful joint venture in Mauritius before returning to lead Hewitt's client development efforts in the UK.
He went on to lead Hewitt's UK business before taking a global role as president of Hewitt's Consulting business.
Yvan graduated with first class honours from the London School of Economics and is a Fellow of the UK Institute of Actuaries
