To address the increasing complexity of testing multi-play networks and multi-platform technologies, Spirent Communications plc (LSE: SPT), today launched the industry's most innovative high-performance, high-density 12 port, Layer 2-7 modules for its award-winning Spirent TestCenter(TM) platform, which has also been selected as the finalist for the 2008 IEC InfoVision Award. Unlike competitive solutions, the Spirent TestCenter 3000 Series modules are specially designed to offer network equipment manufacturers and service providers a robust and scalable test platform with a flexible user experience for conducting end-to-end Layer 2-7 triple-play testing at line rate through a single gigabit port.
