Friedman continued, "CGS' call center and outsourcing experience in Romania, coupled with our global, multi-shore experience in software development, underscores our commitment to providing consistent reliable call center, development and outsourcing capabilities to our multi-national clients."

Florin Chiutu was appointed to the CGS Management team as General Manager of CGS Europe and the new operations at the Software Development Center. Chuiti has extensive experience in developing technical development services across multiple platforms including Microsoft .NET, IBM, Oracle and Sun, as well as aligning best practices with business and technology initiatives. "I welcome the opportunity to join the CGS family and to help drive the growth and expansion of our core outsourcing offerings." Chiutu continued, "Romania and the European community offer a vast opportunity for continued strategic growth in supporting our existing multinational clients, as well as for new offshore and outsourcing opportunities worldwide."

CGS Europe and its new Software Development Center will initially focus on client-server applications and component software development for business applications including Microsoft Dynamics AX(TM) among others.
