A key consideration underpinning Cluttons' decision was the extremely attractive package BIS offered - This included their demonstrated willingness to grasp and solve some difficult infrastructure issues that we were facing, as well as enhancing our service levels, Mark Clemence, IT director at Cluttons commented.
