- Cash Logistik AG is Changing the Cash Industry Using Transtrack International's Software Suite
Cash Logistik AG (CLAG) is a cash service company in Germany, serving commercial banks and retailers in optimizing their cash usage and taking care of just-in-time and quality services of Cash-In-Transit companies all over Germany. CLAG is the contracting party for customers. CLAG has contracted eight CIT's all over Germany to perform the physical cash services. With the introduction of the Transtrack's WebPortal product, CLAG is now able to leverage the Internet in a secure way to serve their customers and connect to their CIT contractors.
Key in the success of CLAG is the smart use of technology. For years now CLAG uses the cash process optimization software of Transtrack, called TransOptimizer. The software takes care of forecasting cash requirements based upon historical information and several (local) influences of for example ATM machines. With the introduction of the Transtrack's WebPortal product, CLAG is now able to leverage the Internet in a secure way to serve their customers and connect to their CIT contractors. The WebPortal allows CLAG to take orders for cash and services from customers and dispatch these orders to TransOptimizer and the CIT's for further handling. During the process of physical cash movements and services the order track is visible in the WebPortal, and orders and bags can be tracked from start to completion.
