- Bad Brains' H.R. internationally releases his new solo album 'Hey Wella' digitally on October 21, 2008.

MLC PR announced today that their client H.R., legendary front-man of Bad Brains, will be internationally releasing his new solo album "Hey Wella." The first single titled, "Didn't I Tell You" was successfully released in the states on August 5, 2008 and the title track "Hey Wella" followed up with an August 19, 2008 release via all digital retail outlets including iTunes, Yahoo, among other websites. The official international album release date has been changed to October 21, 2008, for digital release with physical availability slated for a later time. "Hey Wella" will contain a digital PDF file with photography, band information, artwork and the digital download will include bonus songs "Drama Queen" and "Drama Queen Dance Remix."

H.R. shares, "I am thrilled to offer the new manuscript overseas digitally. The response in the U.S. has been great so I am excited now to reach out to my international fans with this solo project."

H.R. showcases his musical genius, original vocals, and dynamic performances by exploring the worlds of reggae, hardcore rock and hip-hop beats.
