LONDON, January 29 /PRNewswire/ -- MyThings (http://www.MyThings.com), the global provider of product-related content for retailers and OEMs, announced today the acquisition of product review aggregation solution ViewScore.

MyThings will integrate with ViewScore's proprietary text analysis technology, which enables analysis and aggregation of many product reviews into one product score. ViewScore.com, which launched in 2006, is one of the most comprehensive product review databases available today.

MyThings, founded in 2005, has developed the most comprehensive post-purchase product-related content database, matched to its global registry of people's belongings. The company closed a $5 million B round in October 2008 led by Dotcorp Asset Management and London-based GP Bullhound Sidecar, together with all of the company's original investors, including Accel Partners and Carmel Ventures.

The integration of ViewScore's product review platform and technology into MyThings product suite is creating several new and exciting solutions for MyThings users and partners which will be launched shortly, said MyThings founder and CEO Benny Arbel.

We're excited to have ViewScore's technology and offering integrated with MyThings, resulting in the most comprehensive source of pre and post-sale product information available on the Internet, said ViewScore CEO Tomer Tzach. This acquisition will create new opportunities for ViewScore's proprietary technology and talented development team.
