Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) announced its Europe-based air traffic management system subsidiary, Northrop Grumman Park Air Systems, has been awarded a contract by NATS Services Ltd. to supply, deliver and install its NOVA 9000 Radar Processing and Flight Planning System, with fully integrated electronic flight strips, to the new air traffic control (ATC) tower at Jersey International Airport.

NATS is working closely with the Jersey Airport Air Traffic Engineering Department to fit-out the new control tower with the latest in avionics and air traffic control technology. NATS provides air traffic control services at 15 of the U.K.'s largest airports and en-route air traffic services for aircraft flying through U.K. airspace.

Northrop Grumman Park Air Systems will supply a fully integrated electronic flight strip system. The system will be the primary operational ATC tool for approach and tower control at Jersey International Airport. Each ATC working position will be equipped with NOVA 9000 radar and electronic flight plan displays.
