- RedMAX(TM) Products Provide Azulstar's Customers With Higher Speeds, Greater Coverage and Lower Cost Services

Redline Communications Group Inc. ("Redline") (TSX and AIM: RDL), a leading provider of WiMAX and broadband wireless infrastructure products, and Azulstar Inc., a privately held wireless service provider based in Grand Haven, Michigan, today announced the launch of MetraMax(R), Azulstar's new wireless broadband service offering. MetraMax runs on Redline's 3.65 GHz RedMAX WiMAX Forum Certified(R) system and will provide high speed and low cost services to communities in New Mexico.

Azulstar conducted comprehensive testing of a number of leading WiMAX products in February 2007, and has selected Redline as its WiMAX partner of choice to support the launch of its MetraMax high speed WiMAX service, operating in the 3.65 GHz licensed spectrum. MetraMax will provide affordable Voice over IP (VoIP) bundled internet, and data services to Azulstar's existing and new high-end residential and business customers located in Rio Rancho and Albuquerque, New Mexico. Redline's RedMAX products ensure highly reliable services to Azulstar's customers and speeds of up to 6 Mbps for home users and 100 Mbps for business connections.

"The launch of MetraMax includes a complete transition for Azulstar from Wi-Fi to WiMAX technology. We've already converted Grand Haven, the first WiFi city in the nation, to WiMAX and will continue this transition across New Mexico," said Tyler van Houweligen, Founder and CEO of Azulstar. "We chose Redline's RedMAX mobile and fixed WiMAX Forum Certified(R) products for their superior performance and ability to dramatically reduce our costs and deployment time."

"Azulstar is among the growing number of operators in the United States that have chosen Redline's RedMAX system to take advantage of the new opportunities presented in the 3.65 GHz band," said Chris Koeneman, Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Redline Communications. "Azulstar is a recognized leader in municipal wireless networking and we are looking forward to working with them as they continue to roll their WiMAX services out to more US cities."
