LONDON, November 14 /PRNewswire/ --
- SearchBoth.co.uk enables users to search both Google.co.uk and Yahoo.co.uk at the same time by placing both sites on a split screen. Users can do a search and see the results of both sites, side by side.
InternetLabz.com today announced the launch of SearchBoth.co.uk; UK's first website that enables users to search both Google.co.uk and Yahoo.co.uk side by side on one split screen.
Both Google and Yahoo are placed side by side on a split screen in order for users to easily compare results of both websites. The site also includes Ask.co.uk, MSN.co.uk, MetaCrawler.co.uk, and AltaVista.co.uk. Users can select any two search engines offered and search them side by side. The company has also launched the same service for Canada with SearchBoth.ca , the U.S. with SearchBoth.com, and Australia with SearchBoth.com.au .
Online searchers no longer need to be tied to just one engine. According to online poll's and blogs, the majority of tech savvy and non-tech savvy American search engine users are crossed between either Google or Yahoo. Each show the same results, but on different pages. Some results may come up on Google's first page, however, the same results could be on Yahoo's second, third or fourth page, or vice versa. Finally, it's about time these guys come together to make search easier. SearchBoth.co.uk is truly one of the best inventions since the start of the net back in the 90's.
SearchBoth.co.uk is operated by InternetLabz.com; an internet incubation company with popular websites such as www.YELLOWPAGES.travel which searches the top 12 travel sites with one click and also www.YellowPagesMessenger.com which is a suite of services such as YellowPages and Dictionary over AOL and MSN instant messenger using the screen names "FreeYellowPages" and "MyDictionary".
