S.A., Spain’s leading Outdoor software engineers and developers. Working
with the Cuende organization, Telmar will bring together the best of their
respective Outdoor developments to create and deliver TOPS 2.0 to the
world’s advertisers, agencies and Outdoor operators.

This alliance combines Telmar’s global market penetration, all media
research and software experience with that of the Cuende organization. TOPS 2.0
will be adapted to the measurement systems in any market. The alliance also will
provide consulting services to any groups seeking outdoor measurement solutions.

For the past 10 years Telmar has offered Outdoor Synergy and TOPS 1.0, the
leading Outdoor media planning systems primarily to the U.S. market including
