NEW YORK, July 20 --

- Newly Created Role to Drive Continued Expansion, Providing Products and
Expertise to Meet Emerging Needs of European Businesses

Wolters Kluwer’s Legal Technology Group today announced the appointment
of Scott Walker as managing director, U.K. In this newly created role, Walker
will lead the continued expansion of the CT TyMetrix and CT Summation product
lines, to the European market.

As managing director, Walker will be responsible for managing sales, support,
and operations in the U.K. and Europe for the company’s CT TyMetrix and CT
Summation brands. In addition, he will ensure that CT Summation’s iBlaze,
CaseVantage, and Summation Enterprise litigation support products as well as CT
TyMetrix’s T360 degree matter management and spend management system are
tailored to meet the requirements of these growing markets.

Since launching our U.K. office in 2007, we’ve seen significant growth in
this market, said John Weber, general manager, CT TyMetrix. With T360
degree’s success and the continuing strength of Summation’s
award-winning products, we felt the time was right to add a managing director.
Under Scott’s leadership, we will be even better equipped to serve our
European clients.

Walker previously worked at Dow Jones, where he was most recently a vice
president in the Enterprise Media Group. In this role, he focused on building
the group’s role-based applications business. He has a strong commercial
background and a specific expertise in developing high-growth businesses. Walker
also has extensive international experience in managing global organizations,
and has spent five years living and working overseas.

Both CT Summation and CT TyMetrix are well positioned for significant growth in
Europe, said Walker. Our understanding of clients’ workflows -- and our
unique, award-winning products -- separates us from the competition. I look
forward to working closely with our clients and partners across Europe to ensure
their success.
