About Camilo Camilo Mora is a post-doctoral Fellow in the Department of Biological Sciences at Dalhousie University and has research interests in the fields of macroecology and conservation. His work has contributed to the understanding of processes that cause large-scale patterns in marine biodiversity and the extent to which anthropogenic stressors threaten such biodiversity. He has also done studies to quantify the effectiveness of strategies aimed at protecting biodiversity. He is the lead authors in over 15 papers in high profile journals including Nature and Science.
