OXFORD, England, July 13 -- International medical communications company,
Watermeadow Medical was named Medical Education Consultancy of the Year at the
Communique Awards in London on Thursday night. This highly contested award is
judged by an independent panel of communications experts, who assess excellence
and innovation in the delivery of medical education for healthcare clients,
along with business strategy, client retention, client satisfaction, financial
performance, and staff development.

The award follows Watermeadow’s most successful year. In 2008, we added
several companies to our client list and increased our revenue by more than 50%.
All this without losing any staff, which we are exceptionally proud of, said Dr
Nicola Duckworth, Director Client Services. We are thrilled to have won this
award and delighted that our achievements have been recognised: this is further
reassurance for our clients that they are working with the best people in the
business.

Watermeadow Medical is a specialist communications agency delivering the full
range of medical communications for the healthcare industry, including
