Currently delegate at FAO, World Food Programme and IFAD. Painter (14 shows, 2 personals) and fiction writer with 2 award-winning books in Italian and 6 in English, available on Amazon under pen name Claude Nougat ("Gateway to Forever" published in 2014 is an exploration of the future based on extending the most likely current trends, e.g. rising inequality and global warming). Regular contributor to Publishing Perspectives and Impakter.
