About David Mr. McCarley is a Principal Environmental Scientist with over 25 years of experience providing a wide range of environmental services to clients in private industry, Federal Agencies, State governments and municipal entities as a Program and/or Project Manager. During his career he has directly managed operations on a wide variety of projects ranging from Phased Environmental Site Assessments (I-IV) to advanced soil and groundwater assessments and remediation under the Superfund Innovative Technology Evaluation (SITE) program, on Superfund Sites, and on EPA Brownfields Assessment Pilot Projects. He has provided regulatory management, assessment, remediation and compliance services to private commercial/industrial clients, attorneys, telephone utilities, power utilities, and financial institutions/investors. Mr. McCarley has written and contributed to numerous technical publications and has presented at over 100 technical conferences, meetings, and training sessions on a variety of environmental and business topics.
