About Hyder A My journey through my life has been one of self discovery. As my initial statement reflects, I started my journey with a quest for attaining a diversity of experiences that would inculcate well-developed personal and educational philosophies that would be helpful to me as a professional. I believe that the diversity of my experiences have been essential to my growth since they have inspired a set of qualities in me that makes me a student of lifelong learning. The aspects of this diversity are reflected in my personal life as well as Professional Development . In the process, I have learned that the key to greater success in my personal and professional development rests not so much in the discovery of new knowledge, but in my capacity to use deliberately and wisely the knowledge I have gained....... I strongly believe that doing research is problem solving. As a scientists I am required to pose fundamental scientific questions and find answers to them, evaluating their impact on the scientific field and on the society.
