About James A twentysomething evolutionary linguistic. I was formerly a student at the University of Edinburgh, where I recently acquired an MSc in the Evolution of Language and Cognition. Given the limited job opportunities provided by such a narrowly focused masters degree, I'm hoping to eventually go on to do a PhD in either linguistics or biology. Currently, I'm back in my home town of Cardiff, which is situated in South Wales, and, to keep abreast of the literature, I want to keep on writing about language evolution -- even if I'm not being graded.
