About Keith Keith Child has 15 years of experience working on agricultural development issues in both Africa and Central Asia. He is an expert in evaluation and impact methodologies for complex, research focused programs and is CEO for a Canadian registered company called Impact Works Inc. He received his Ph.D. in Comparative Politics from Queen’s University in 2003 with a combined specialization in International Relations and Comparative Development. He is a Senior Advisor at the Committee on Sustainable Assessment and a Principle Investigator at the International Food Policy Research Institute. Previously he has been Principle Scientist – Impact and Learning at the International Livestock Research Institute and Director of Evaluation, Research and Learning at the Aga Khan Foundation, Afghanistan. Keith has worked as a Professor of political science at several Canadian universities and, for a short time, was a security analyst for the Government of Canada.
