About Larry As Whitemarsh Capital’s (WC) Managing Director and Global Head of Healthcare Investment Banking, Larry Chaityn is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the banks Healthcare practice, including deal sourcing, deal review, due diligence investigation and client facing operations. WC works with firms to raise $10M - $150M in equity financing.

Larry also served as Founder & President of the New York Tristate Chapter of the Keiretsu Forum, the world’s largest angel & private equity network with 850+ investor members & 24 global chapters. The Keiretsu Forum NY Tristate was sold in early 2013.

From 1999 through 2006 Larry held senior level positions at Cap Gemini, Ernst & Young and Oracle Corporation successfully guiding the companies’ largest Life Science clients. From 2006 through 2009 Larry founded and grew True North Global Partners, a Middle Market turnaround company. True North worked with Private Equity and Venture Capital companies helping accelerate portfolio companies.
