About Leslie BS in Natural Science, some Master's level work in Environmental Science and I work for a local government agency which deals with food. My husband and I decided that we wanted to be more healthy and happy, so we are trying our hand at Heritage Farming on a hobby level. We believe strongly that we can raise our children better than WalMart or McDonald's can, and that there are companies who are sliding under the radar to keep people in the dark as to the food they are consuming as well as what goes into that food.
