About Lynne Hi, I am from Philadelphia. I went to Drexel University and studied economics, accounting, and mathematics.-graduated in 1975. I worked in business for awhile then wanted to use my skills for health research as I knew my computer skills at the time would be useful to doctors. I worked at Wills Eye Hospital for several years writing grants, carrying out the logistics of the research, and teaching the doctors how to use personal computers which were new at the time and helped them set up databases etc.

I am married to a molecular biologist who is in the biotech world.
