For the past 8 years I have been writing the science page of the El Correo Spanish newspaper which is also published in the blog "Los Expedientes Occam". Some of the over 400 articles published there have been collected in three books: ¡Ellos Fueron! (science biographies), Pensar en Sentir (behavior and neuroscience) and Viviente y Cambiante (genetics, biology and evolution).

I also write two other blogs, one on pseudoscience and magical thinking (El retorno de los charlatanes) and one on various topics from politics to art (No que importe).

I am also a frequent speaker throughout Spain, especially in high schools and science meetings. I have also published novels, short-stories, poetry and photography books. I was born in Mexico and have lived in Spain since 1999.
