About Mel Retired as a Piping Design Checker. Worked mostly on piping and Equipment layouts including design details and construction. Field Engineering by field sketches for study to modify and upgrade existing system installations. Completed a 5 year College Education in Mechanical Engineering at Mapua Institute of Technology. Attended various classes and orientations on plastics, HVAC, pumps application and instrutmentations with ITT Bell &Gossett, TEC Carrier. Completed education on Advance Computer Aided Design and Drafting with Elgin Community College.
