About Michael I am a 51-year-old Licensed Professional Counselor. I earned a master degree in Counseling Psychology from Mississippi College, am certified in Choice Theory/Reality Therapy, and am a strong proponent of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have over 20 years experience in counseling adolescents and adults. I have worked in community settings, correctional facilities, privately owned facilities and in private practice. My primary interest is in helping individuals and couples improve their quality of life by helping them find and focus on a purpose they consider worthy of pursuing; As such, I am also extremely interested in helping individuals identify and resolve any physiological issues which are causing them psychological/physical distress.
