Monica McGarrity is a biological scientist at the University of Florida, and specializes in ecology and management of invasive amphibians and reptiles. She has experience working with a wide variety of amphibians and reptiles, including venomous snakes. Monica believes that education is the key to facilitating change, and is involved in ongoing efforts to educate the public on the topics of invasive species, conservation of amphibians and reptiles, and venomous snake safety.
