About Pamela I am a middle school Math teacher living in Los Angeles, CA. I have taught Math & Science for over 24 years, love Geology & as well as Anthropology. I speak 4 languages fluently- English, Spanish, Portuguese, French- and a little Mandarin. I love to travel and have been to Cuba, Guatemala, Europe, and So. America. Planning to one day visit Africa - probably Tanzania or Nigeria. Currently finishing my M.S. in Curriculum Instruction & Design; an enlightening feat because while the National Curriculum for Math has pretty much stayed the same over many years, the Science Curriculum is constantly changing - for obvious reasons- therefore it's been difficult to establish a national content standard of required learning in school.
