About Tarak
I am a bio-scientist from India working for the last 32 years in the fields of Appropriate Technology, Renewable Energy Systems, Sustainable Agriculture and Organic Recycling. I had been closely interacting with small and marginal farmers and engaged in development of agro-ecological systems suitable to the needs of resource poor farmers. I am heading Dharamitra- a NGO engaged in generation propagation of eco-friendly technologies relevant to rural areas. I am a visiting faculty to Stellenbosch Univeristy and a senate member to R.S.T. Nagpur University.
