About Cynthia Cynthia B. Sosnowski, MFT, EdD is Associate Dean of the School of Graduate and Continuing Studies at The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, where she was formerly the Executive Director of Continuing Studies for Health Sciences and Human Services. Previously, she held the position of Assistant Dean of Social and Behavioral Sciences at that institution, and is also a licensed marriage and family therapist and a federally certified prevention trainer. Dr. Sosnowski is the former Executive Director of the Cape May County Healthy Community Coalition, a federally funded countywide prevention initiative and is also is a former senior adjunct faculty member in the Social Sciences department at Middlesex Community and Technical College in Middletown, CT, a former senior adjunct faculty member in the Social Sciences Department of Atlantic Cape Community College and contract trainer for the Corporate and Workforce Training division of that institution. She earned a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Southern Connecticut State University with advanced training in both Gestalt therapy and cognitive development, and her Doctor of Education in higher education at Nova Southeastern University.
