About Diane I'm really not much of a scientist. In fact, with the exception of the (too short) segment on plate techtonics, I slept through most of my science classes. (Oh, and the time we made a gummy bear explode. That was pretty neat, too.) But I think it's kind of interesting to read other people's thoughts/ideas about scientific advancements. If nothing else, it's always fun to drop in fun, sciency words into conversation in the hopes you sound really intelligent and classy.**

**A word of caution: look up the definition of said word(s) before dropping them into conversation, because you may not look intelligent OR classy if you use the wrong word in the wrong context. Trust me on this one.
