About Thomas I am a graduate from Canisius College, in Buffalo, New York, with Bachelor degrees in Biology and English, with a minor in Neuroscience. I have been involved in an ongoing research project in determining the role of Post-Translational modifications in the dynamicity of growth cone advance of neuronal systems. I am highly interested in conveying intricately complex scientific stories to those who do not have as strong of a background in that particular scientific field. I mainly write about neurobiology, plant biology, and cytoskeleton dynamics. My writing takes the form of discussions on these topics, speculation (involving evidence and logical progression of my thought process), and poetry of the biological processes. My main philosophy in working in science is that I take my work as an art, not a career by which I survive. I am intending on pursuing graduate school in neurobiology and cytoskeletal studies.
