AMSTERDAM, January 6 /PRNewswire/ -- ARCADIS , the international design, consulting, engineering and management services company, today announced the acquisition of Plan Projectpartners, a real estate consultancy firm primarily active in the healthcare field. The Dutch-based firm has annual gross revenues of EUR 3 million and 28 employees.
The activities of Plan Projectpartners will be combined with those of ARCADIS subsidiary PRC, which as a result of this acquisition will have a leading position in the Dutch real estate consultancy market for healthcare. Together PRC and Plan Projectpartners will be able to capitalize on developments in the health sector. Further financial details were not disclosed.
The service offering of Plan Projectpartners spans out over all of the steps of the development and construction process, from the determination of strategic real estate policy up to the preparation and construction management of buildings. Clients are mainly organizations active in the healthcare market.
