LONDON, February 25, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Champagne Louis Roederer were delighted to sponsor the Love Ball on Tuesday night at The Roundhouse, Camden. The event, hosted by Supermodel Natalia Vodianova and Lucy Yeomans, Editor of Harper's Bazaar UK, also included an auction to raise funds for The Naked Heart Foundation, a charity that builds play facilities for underprivileged children in Russia and the UK.

Lots in the auction included works of art, a stunning De Beers necklace designed by Natalia and some wonderful money can't buy gifts. One such gift, donated by Champagne Louis Roederer, was an exclusive chance for two people to visit the cellars and witness the creation of Cristal, the most famous champagne in the world. Together with this elite visit the winner received a very rare jeroboam of Cristal Rosé 2002 - perhaps the most exclusive champagne in the world from the best vintage since 1990, presented in the ultimate celebration bottle. The lot sold for GBP11,000 contributing to the astounding GBP1.06 million raised in the auction.

Guests included Elizabeth Hurley-Nayar, Kate Moss, Diane von Furstenberg, Amber le Bon, Peaches Geldof, Johnny Borrell, Joely Richardson, Piers Morgan, Matthew Williamson, and Anya Hindmarch, who sipped Louis Roederer Brut Vintage 2004, to complement a host of different canapés throughout the reception comprising:
