- Company Announces Deal with Korea Information Service to Add Data to I-Metrix Products
EDGAR Online, Inc. (Nasdaq: EDGR) announced today that it is the first U.S. company to deliver South Korean public company fundamental data, described in detail below, from the Korea Information Service, Inc. (KIS) in the eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) format.

EDGAR Online is making the South Korean company financial information available to clients on its I-Metrix(TM) suite of XBRL-based products and via direct data feeds. Specifically, EDGAR Online will supply annual and quarterly data from approximately 1,700 South Korean public companies. Data content includes: income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement, and changes in equity along with calculated ratios. In addition to the financial data, EDGAR Online will also provide a company profile which includes the company name, address, industry, officer names, auditor name and a listing of the largest shareholders. Historical data for annual and quarterly disclosures is available from 2002 to the present. All data will be provided in XBRL with English labels.
