Prior to iLevel Solutions, Mr. Adell was chief financial officer of Covarity, a leading provider of portfolio management solutions for the financial services industry, and president of Knowledge Delivery Systems, an online education company. Mr. Adell holds a BA in Economics from Queen's University and an MBA from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. He also holds Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, and Chartered Financial Analyst designations.
