Intelligroup, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: ITIG) an information technology and outsourcing services provider principally focused on enterprise resource planning (ERP) and extended ERP solutions, announced today that it has become an official Value Added Reseller (VAR) of SAP, providing the company with rights to distribute and implement SAP solutions across the Middle East.

SAP has been working with Intelligroup in other regions and we are pleased to extend our distribution agreement with Intelligroup to the Middle East market, said Sergio Maccotta, Managing Director of SAP Middle East and North Africa.
