LONDON, March 24, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Equipos, a leading provider of client communications and reporting solutions to private banks and institutional investment firms, today announced that one of the world's largest banks has signed an agreement to deploy the Equipos Coric client communications suite globally across its asset management business.

Coric will replace the bank's current client reporting system enabling more effective, automated generation and distribution of sophisticated, high quality, tailored reports. These reports will be delivered across different time zones and support all output formats.

Following a vigorous review of alternative reporting solutions the bank selected Coric for security, scalability, ease-of-use, breadth of functionality and delivery of a global client communications platform within one technical framework.

Coric was created by Equipos specifically for asset management organizations. It supports complex requirements including custom branding, investment commentary, sophisticated graphic rendering capabilities, workflow and online access across a broad range of client communications.

Alan Hamilton, CEO at Equipos, comments: "This replacement contract with one of the world's largest financial institutions confirms that Coric is the established, industry-leading global client communications platform. We have proven international experience delivering innovative software solutions to leading private wealth and institutional asset management firms such as Northern Trust, Hermes Fund Managers, Rathbone Brothers and Rensburg Sheppards. Our client base is expanding rapidly with escalating demand for automated regulatory reporting including UCITS 4 Key Investor Information Document (KIID) and fund fact sheet solutions. These factors are the spearhead for Equipos expansion into the Asia Pacific region, where we will work both directly with clients and through partners who join our Global Partner Community."

According to Dominic Ryan, Head of Sales for Europe and Asia Pacific, "Coric allows client services teams to create visually appealing communications and be more responsive without recourse to IT specialists. We can clearly demonstrate how Coric helps wealth and asset management firms to differentiate their service offering, reduce costs and minimize operational risk."

Meet Equipos at Fund Forum Asia in Hong Kong (28 March to 1 April 2011) and Shorex Singapore (12-13 April 2011). To pre-book an appointment with Alan Hamilton or Dominic Ryan email marketing@equiposgroup.com or visit http://www.equiposgroup.com
