John Kehr

About John Research and Development engineer in a large semiconductor company. I specialize in atmospheric and low pressure chemical vapor depositions and oxidations which includes a variety of atomic layer depositions. I have developed several unique and novel approaches to solve non-uniform deposition rates for various processes. My degree is in Chemical Engineering from Kansas State University. I have written one non-fiction book (The Inconvenient Skeptic) about the Earth's energy balance and why that balance makes global warming very unlikely.
