3. People See Through Your Veil Of Sincere Skepticism


The veil of the sincere skeptic is a mask and on its outward appearance, it seems that you just need a little bit more evidence to be convinced.

Because sincere skeptics actually do exist the mask can lull article writers into scrambling after you into your evidence rabbit hole. However, if you suddenly stop getting replies, it means people have realized this is just a way for you to keep 'moving the goalposts' and dragging a writer into a never-ending cycle of point-by-point refutations of anomalies lest you declare that the facts are wrong.
