- Digital Agency Adds Senior Manager to Executive Team
AKQA, the leading independent digital marketing agency, has announced that Jim Rossman will join AKQA as its President Chief Operating Officer. Rossman is currently the Chief Operating officer at Digitas, the Publicis Groupe direct and digital marketing unit.
As we continue to rapidly expand, we want to add senior leadership to the AKQA executive team, said Tom Bedecarre, Chief Executive Officer of AKQA. We're looking forward to welcoming Jim later in April and introducing him to our organization, Bedecarre added. Rossman will be based in New York and will work with the AKQA staff and clients globally. Rossman will report directly to Bedecarre in his new role.
Rossman joined Digitas in 2001 to manage the New York office and he served as the Digitas COO for the past five years. Previously, Rossman held senior management positions at Young Rubicam and Wunderman. Rossman started his career as a management consultant after receiving an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
