Richard Goat and Jerry Gilroy have joined the Capital ID team to drive international success. Jerry will focus on European and International business expansion, whereas Richard will address the North American marketplace.

Richard Goat (1943) has spent his entire career at the leading edge of deploying computer hardware, software and consultancy services in a wide variety of industry sectors and across a range of different geographies. Richard began with a corporate career in IBM in North America and then in Europe. For the past twenty-five years he has managed fast growing software and consultancy companies in insurance, financial services, medical and pharmaceutical markets. He has also spoken extensively in the USA and Europe on CRM and marketing related projects.

Richard: "The concentration on our home market, on producing a quality software product and on ensuring that we have satisfied customers are the three critical success factors which will underpin the future expansion. My experience of working in America and of building teams and launching products into the US should be very helpful." Richard is very enthusiastic about introducing Capital ID to the US market. Jerry Gilroy (1951) has a strong background in market development, sales, marketing and corporate management. Over the past twenty plus years, Jerry has used his skills set to help software companies grow internationally. Also, he has been involved in acquisitions and successful trade sales. His reasons to join Capital ID are the ID manager product, the people, the costumer base and the company's great potential. His experience in developing and managing growth will be an great asset to Capital ID. "As a qualified marketeer, I will help to develop new markets and achieve international growth."
