ALEXANDRIA, Virginia, June 23 /PRNewswire/ -- CPA, one of the world's leading providers of legal outsourcing services and the world's premier intellectual property (http://www.cpaglobal.com) (IP) management specialist, today announced that Sandy Levy has joined the Company to oversee the implementation and execution of its contract management (http://www.cpaglobal.com/legal_process_outsourcing/contract_management) solutions.

Ms. Levy comes to CPA with more than 18 years of experience in the contract management field, in both the commercial and government sectors. Prior to joining CPA, she was Director of Contracts at Deltek Inc., where she participated in the development of Deltek's contracts management system.

At CPA, Ms. Levy will work with clients to increase and improve their contract management efficiency and accessibility by conducting risk analysis and providing clients with recommendations and procedures for streamlining their contract management processes.

"We are delighted to welcome Sandy to the CPA team," said Kevin Reilley, Senior Vice President and General Manager of CPA Legal Services. "Contract management is one of CPA's fastest growing sectors and Sandy's depth of knowledge and experience in this area will help us continue to provide our clients with top-line solutions for their contract management needs. Her experience developing contract management systems will help CPA achieve its goal of delivering the industry's most comprehensive suite of legal process outsourcing (http://www.cpaglobal.com/legal_process_outsourcing) solutions."

CPA's contract management solution provides the framework and systems to bring greater accessibility, continuity, and performance to the contract management lifecycle while reducing potential risk.

"The reality is that most firms store their contracts in different locations and suffer from a lack of infrastructure, resources, and time to adequately analyze their current processes and implement new systems," Mr. Reilley added. "With CPA's contract management solution, we can conduct the proper analysis and provide recommendations and procedures to establish a centralized contract repository. This allows our clients to gain control over the contract process from terms, to internal processes, to ongoing maintenance."
