A recent study shows that 90 percent of all CIO's needs real-time business information to support management decisions, but cannot provide it to other departments. Too many companies are, according to Gartner, "still in the reporting age". Earlier this month Dexton announced that ASE platform extended to multiple platforms (Websphere, Apache and TomCat). By using Java (EE) and J2EE (JES) technology, next to the .Net Framework technology that was already being used, ASE has become a truly platform independent solution. ASE has always been cross browser compatible and separate parts of the application are available for Unix, IBM iSeries, Microsoft Server and Linux.
Dexton has ready to market integrations with Cognos 8, Business Objects XI, SAP R3, Microsoft Dynamics NAV and several (back-) office applications.
