ZUG, Switzerland, February 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Swiss Hawk AG announces two additions to the company's board of directors. Mr Floor Mouthaan and Mr Michael Hafemann will join the board of directors, bringing valuable enterprise and technology expertise. In addition, Mr Chris Phillips becomes the new Chairman of the board. These appointments are subject to approval at the next extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders.

Mr Mouthaan (aged 62) a former managing partner with Deloitte & Touche has broad experience in the international financial services sector. Most recently, Mr. Mouthaan is the founder and senior partner of Dutch corporate finance boutique Match Finance BV. In 1995, Mr. Mouthaan was a founder and managing partner of Greenfield Capital Partners BV, and after 5 successful years Greenfield was sold to an international investment bank. At the time of the sale Greenfield had over 500 Mio EUR in private equity funds. From 1989 to 1995 Mr. Mouthaan was managing director of the Noro Group of companies, a privately held investment group focused on private equity in Benelux and the US. Currently, Mr. Mouthaan serves on various boards of directors of both publicly and privately held companies and also serves on boards of various foundations and institutions.
Mr. Hafemann (aged 49) has deep knowledge and experience of the European environmental technology sector. Mr Hafemann started his career as a journalist with international newspaper "Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung" spending several years on the industry desk as a specialist in consulting and logistics with a special focus environmental technologies. Leaving journalism, Mr. Hafemann co-founded a Swedish-German management consultancy firm with several partners from well-known consultancy firms. In 2007 Mr. Hafemann was a co-founder and CEO for Environment Development Group AG, Frankfurt, an environmental technology consulting company. Mr. Hafemann served as a political advisor to the government of Bulgaria, the German States North Rhine Westphalia, Rhineland-Palatinate and several German municipalities.
After these additions, the board of directors will comprise of Mr Chris Phillips (Chairman), Ms Elisabeth Schönenberger, Mr Floor Mouthaan and Mr Michael Hafemann.
The board of directors is in negotiations to set up a Special Advisory Committee comprising of high level professionals and experts. This is a first step in further structural changes to be announced in the near term.
