BCS Global began to integrate Mirial's Video and Voice Mail and Automated Video Attendant technology into its Virtual Presence services at the end of 2007; at the same time, the company responded to the customers' request for greater flexibility while connecting from home offices, remote locations or while traveling by enriching its iView service with Mirial Softphone's HD desktop videoconferencing, basic MCU and H239 features.
The next planned steps are meant to sustain the natural evolution of these services: with the introduction of Mirial's MCS session border controller within BCS Global's infrastructure, the diffusion of desktop videoconferencing and desktop telepresence is truly brought to a global level, while the PSE Video Contact Center integrates consistently with BCS Global's philosophy by providing a direct, personal, one-to-one eye contact with the end users, reducing their frustration and bettering the overall service experience.
